Build Lab
Good work has a useful rhythm.
Every Pagewick site moves through the same four stages. Pick one to see what happens in it, and what you get at the end.
Stage 01 of 04
Understand
We learn the business before we touch the design: what you do, who you serve, what customers ask before they buy and where they find you.
What happens
- Your answers and a 10-minute review
- A look at your current site and your Google listing
- The one job your website needs to do
What you get
A short written direction: the site’s job, the customer path and the pages it needs.
Stage 02 of 04
Shape
We sketch the path first, in plain boxes, then style it around your work: your photos, your words, your area.
What happens
- A page plan and a wireframe
- Words drafted with you, in your voice
- Type, colour and imagery chosen for your trade
What you get
A first direction within 48 hours of your review.
Stage 03 of 04
Test
Before anything goes live we use it the way a customer would: on a phone, on a slow connection, from the first visit to the finished inquiry.
What happens
- Phone and desktop checks
- Every form and button tried
- Titles and descriptions for search
What you get
A site you have clicked through yourself, with two consolidated rounds of changes.
Stage 04 of 04
Handoff
We launch together, connect your domain and show you what arrives where. Then you choose: keep it looked after with Pagewick Care, or take it from there.
What happens
- Launch and domain connection
- A walkthrough of inquiries and bookings
- Pagewick Care, or a clean handover
What you get
A live website, and the keys to it.
The 48-hour first direction
From your review to a first look in two days.
The first 48 hours after your review follow the same plan every time, so you know what is happening while you wait.
- Hours 00–10
Review
We read your answers, look at your current site and your Google listing, and note where customers get stuck.
- Hours 10–24
Shape
We sketch the customer path and the pages, and draft the first words in your voice.
- Hours 24–48
Share
You get a first direction: the site’s job, the path, and a styled first look at the home page.
In every build
The parts that never get skipped.
Phones first
Most first visits happen on a phone, so every page is designed there before it is stretched to a desktop.
One next step
Every page ends somewhere useful: a call, a booking or an inquiry that asks for what you need.
Found in search
Real text, clear titles and descriptions, and a structure search engines and AI assistants can read.
Yours to keep
Your domain and your words stay yours, with or without Pagewick Care.
Let’s build yours
Ready for your first direction?
Start with a 10-minute review. The 48 hours begin once we have it.
A focused review. No pitch deck, no obligation. Nothing is saved until the last step.
